Support for Absoft Pro Fortran Compilers: Absoft Pro Fortran is compatible with the GFORTRAN version of ACML. A makefile is now included to build the ACML examples with the Absoft compiler. For convenience a new Absoft download section points to the correct ACML version and the new example makefile. The Windows® version of Absoft Pro Fortran includes a matching ACML library.
Note on Microsoft® Windows® Visual Studio compatibility: ACML is callable from both C and Fortran. Portions of ACML are written in Fortran, so each download package below is built with a specific Fortran compiler. If you are developing programs in C or C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio, both the PGI FORTRAN windows package and the Intel Fortran windows package are compatible with Visual Studio. For more information, please see the appropriate section in the ACML User Guide.
AMD is providing a set of pre-built HPL binaries. The current package uses Open64 and AMD Core Math Libraries (ACML) to demonstrate the performance of AMD Family “Bulldozer” CPUs. This package is ideal for system benchmarking, stress testing, and burn-in. The HPL packages for AMD CPUs include software developed at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Innovative Computing Laboratories.
