ACML Version 4.1.0 download is the most current version of the library. New support for Absoft Pro Fortran CompilersAbsoft Pro Fortran is compatible with the GFORTRAN version of ACML. A makefile is now included to build the ACML examples with the Absoft compiler. For convenience a new Absoft download section points to the correct ACML version and the new example makefile.
Note on Microsoft® Windows® Visual Studio compatibility. ACML is callable from both C and FORTRAN. Portions of ACML are written in FORTRAN, so each download package below is built with a specific FORTRAN compiler.
If you are developing programs in C or C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio, AMD recommends the PGI FORTRAN Windows package. The Intel Fortran library is also compatible with Visual Studio. For 32-bit Windows development, the Intel Fortran library is compatible with Visual Studio.
